The classic shearling jacket has always been up there for me in terms of highly coveted autumn/winter pieces! It’s something I’m always on the look out for in vintage shops, and a piece that I’ve owned many different variations of over the years…
Christmas definitely came early this year in this form of this delicious Sandro Paris beauty – I feel like it’s the perfect shearling jacket that I’ve been searching for and a piece that I will treasure for many years to come. It’s such a gorgeous colour and doesn’t feel too bulky or stiff which I think is where a lot of shearling jackets fall short. I love that I could be wearing the most boring of outfits and this jacket just instantly elevates everything and does the talking. I’m all about simplicity and comfort this year, and this baby ticks all the right boxes!
It’s definitely an investment piece but the quality is incredible (as with all Sandro pieces) and I think shearling jackets tend to get better with age – they get that sort of lived in look to them that I personally love.
